they should do a bit where the doctor goes “enough is enough no more of this i am going to change and be better no more kidnapping people with my box and doing irreparable damage to their life!” and he goes to therapy and the therapist meets him and they start talking and about ohhh 15 minutes later the therapist is in the tardis and the doors shut and all you hear is “yes that’s right All Of Time And Space!”

Y’all I forgot how chaotic a starstruck odyssey is.

Sid shooting perfume from ten feet away, trying to save a terrible social interaction and then Barry, putting on sunglasses, going “Sorry, I just ripped ass. My farts smell amazing.” Immediately followed by getting into a fight within minutes of ending up on the station, having to leave without any repairs being done to the ship.

I’ve seen people complain about Gwen saying to her dad “you’re a good cop” but I don’t think they understand what that scene actually means. Gwen’s dad is supposed to represent the “good cop”. It’s like Gwen says: he puts on that badge everyday so someone worse than him doesn’t. Pre Gwen’s reveal, he SEEMS like a good person, advocating for bringing peter’s killer to justice. But then he finds out, and in that moment, values the law over his teenage daughter. He even shows it in their reconciliation scene, even after not seeing his daughter for MONTHS, by arguing against Gwen being a vigilante despite the all the good shes done. When Gwen says “you’re a good cop,” she’s not saying “youre a good person” or “youre a good dad”. She’s saying “youre a BAD person. You’re a BAD dad. you value the law over my life, no matter what I do. You’re willing to sacrifice me for what you assume is the greater good, but it’s not even that.”

So he decides not be a good cop anymore.

we all know about "yes and" and "no but" in improv and ttrpgs, but I feel like Brennan has added a third option called "sorry what" just for playing with Emily (saying her words back to her when she tells him that a caterpillar was chasing a butterfly or that this note was left on the steps of the police house)

There’s this club at my school that are trying to do an event for autism awareness month, but they have no fucking idea what they’re talking about. Naturally, I had to get involved. I couldn’t just be like “not my monkeys. Not my circus,” cause it is my circus and they’re breaking all my shit. Now, they keep asking me about every single thing. On one hand, I’m happy that they’re taking my input seriously. On the other, it’s not my job to educate you. There’s so many autistic creators; go find them and leave me alone.

Now I’ve been roped into doing a discussion panel for my whole school. I’m happy to be able to educate people, but also I feel like it’s not fair that I have to. I’m frustrated that even people with good intentions do harm.

The way that Aabria has perfectly crafted the progression of this story is so good. The slow reveals and character development. The set pieces and projections on the dome. It’s all so fucking good and I can’t wait for the last episode
