I’m never taking Arts and Crafts Class again…

I’m not trying to excuse any of what Varian has done, but this scene definitely had me shouting “OH C’MON!” at the TV screen on his behalf. I know they were just having a “thank goodness everyone is safe” hug, but they’re having that family moment literally mere feet from where Varian is breaking down at the feet of his father’s encased body after his latest failure to save him.

NOT. COOL.

Something went wrong, Varian’s crushing under the weight of his failure, and he’s seeing his friends get their happily ever afters while ignoring him and his plight. If there’s a single scene that can summarize his journey to the dark side, this is it.

Woops almost forgot to post this. Varian managed to capture the current captain of Corona, Cassandra, just what is he planning? (Headbutt him Cass, do it for the kingdom)

New Things we learned about Huey:

However scarce his appearance was in the new episodes.

Crosses his arms when he feels uncomfortable.

Is aware and accepting of his role as the Good Kid and cares about the rep that gives him.

Has never been banned from anything ever.

Is still an angel.

Likes naps(?) Or would not be above alotting time for naps.

Loves adventure (from what we’ve seen in the pilot) but doesn’t like danger when it’s not planned danger.

ie: Home is home and home is safe and it must stay that way.

Spiritual brother to Marco Diaz in the Safe Kid club.

Reads bus timetables.

His hat is not actually glued to his head like I thought it might be.

Buggers off in Funso’s Funzone to do his own thing apparently.

Part-time Dad.

Freezes in the face of certain death.

Likes when reality becomes some weird kind of Hyper Dream.

Is still an angel.

Buggers off when his brothers are busy breaking the money bin and uncovering his families secrets. Apparently.

Part-time Mom.

Low-key scared of Webby.

Still Dads her.

Doesn’t like when people lick things.

Keeps a level head when danger lurks near.

Knows what parts of town are sketchy and to stay away.

Keeps a level head in general until someone threatens to ban him from something or throw him off a cliff.

The answer is right in front of us….
