π§Ό First things first, after you wake up make sure to drink water to boost your metabolism throughout the day! Also, create a mind movie so you can watch it everyday after you wake up.
Now, take your journal and start writing about your dream, ideal higher self, ask yourself questions like βWhat reality do i want to create?Β΄ 'Who do i look up to?β βWhat is the behavior I need to change about myself?β βWhat's a new habit that I would like to create?β βWhat is a thing I can focus on right now?β. After we have in mind who we want to become, it's important that every little decision you make today is centered to achieve your goals, and become your dream self. You can listen to a podcast while doing this so you get motivation!
πΆ Then, head to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and start repeating positive affirmations, such as βI am so beautifulβ or βMy hair looks so pretty todayβ, even if you don't believe it, having a positive mindset is going to help us to stay in track with our goals!
Take care of your teeth, Liz says that our smile is one of the most important things in a person, and one of the key things that is going to make you more attractive! so, make sure to brush your teeth, floss, clean your tongue, etc.
π£ Liz has a rather simple skincare routine, since her skin is so sensitive, it only consists of using a foam cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to help with her eye bags.
Next step is to research and find our own personal clothing and makeup style, find out your body type, personal color, face shape, etc. It doesn't matter if you have to mix multiple styles that already exist to make your own! The most important thing is to feel comfortable while wearing those clothes or having that type of makeup on your face.
π Liz doesn't like to force herself to have breakfast, she just dont eat if she's not hungry, however if you are hungry rather than focusing on calories focus on how nutritious your meal is. Whatsoever if you are not hungry and you are not going to eat, make sure to always take your vitamins and supplements!

β° Liz doesn't have a settled study routine but, it's important to spend our time wisely, if you can finish an assignment way before the time it's due, DO IT! Also, she emphasized that knowledge leads to confidence. If you put effort in your studies, every little thing in your life will slowly fall into place.
First, set healthy goals, like toning up your body or building muscle, try not to make βjust being skinnyβ your goal.
π§© second, don't measure yourself with a scale or measuring tape and focus on how you look in the mirror, are you satisfied? if you are then you are done with the intense workout routine!
Liz goes to the gym and has her own personal training program, but hereβs some kind of exercises she recommends; weight training, pilates and dancing with her main focus being toning up her abs and butt.
πββοΈ Remember to drink water and that consistency is more important than perfection, go at your own pace, it doesn't matter if you can't do a 2 hour workout and look snatched in 3 days and you can only do a 5 minute workout, every little effort adds up!
Before showering, do dry brushing to exfoliate your skin and increase circulation (1-2 times per week). Then use shampoo and conditioner, research to find the best one for you, what may help others won't help you. Liz also uses a hair mask 1 to 2 times per week to get that shiny silk hair.
πΎ After showering take some time to shape and pluck your eyebrows depending on your face shape and what impression you want to give!Β
Liz uses face masks 1 to 2 times per week to cleansing her face deeply, then she does her skincare. After applying all the products do a lymphatic massage on your face and neck, you can also cool down your face with massagers or cold spoons for an extra depuff.
πΎ For self care, you can journal again, search for shadow work prompts, think of what things you should unlearn and relearn and don't forget to practice gratitude. Or you can take time to clean your room or house, you deserve to have a clean safe place!Β
Oh! and don't forget to drink water again.
π§ Time for dinner! (only if you are not full yet), again, make sure to focus on nutrients rather than calories. Don't forget to drink a glass of water with your dinner. You can watch a documentary while eating to keep gaining even more knowledge.
Now, do your oral hygiene routine again. Also, put on eyelash conditioner and serum to wake up with perfect lashes! Then wear a silk cap or do a protective hairstyle to protect your hair from getting damaged while you're sleeping.
π΅ Then get in bed and drink a cup of tea with collagen to start relaxing your body. and it's finally time to manifest! watch your mind movie again and use your most useful method (affirming visualizing, subliminals, etc.), don't forget to ask god, the universe or whatever you believe in for signals and help!
Afterwards, you can read an inspirational book like βatomic habitsβ or βthe art of thinking clearlyβ to keep nourishing your brain. keep a reachable goal like reading 5 pages everyday and then decide if you want to continue reading or not.
π₯¬ Before sleeping listen to a guided meditation, liz have one to be more confident and one to attract money, choose one that aligns with your goals!
Finally fall asleep in a healthy sleeping position, Liz sleeps in her back looking at the roof, but you can choose your favorite position, don't forget to get a pillow that fits the position (example: tall and lofty pillow -> for sleeping on your side)

Honestly? The biggest advantage is just how life plays out on a day to day basis. The benefits I get by just existing that others arenβt awarded no matter how nice or hardworking they are. It sounds bad, but...we live in a society.

itβs essential to properly wind down and mend to your mind & body after a long day of strenuous activities & interactions. always make it a priority to go to sleep with a calm mind.
congratulate yourself for the day you had. yes, this still goes even if it was calm. tell yourself that you did well.

do any laundry & preparations for the next day
take a shower. donβt rush. take this time to relax and say affirmations. pretend youβre in a rain forest with sounds if you will.
play classical or calm music while you do your daily skincare routine (face + body)

I post a lot about my love of school and the 8-12 hour study days I frequently partake in, which lead to @awesomefitgirlstuff asking for some study motivation. I figured, why not use the queen of beauty and brains as a perfect model for the topic? Without further ado, here are a few tips on how to study like Elle Woods ππππ
You do not know everything. No one does. One of the most honest and courageous things we as humans can do is to admit that we are lacking knowledge and seek help from others. People want to help! They want you to succeed! If you need help studying, ask for help. If you need a better explanation, ask for help. If you need to see an example or two, ask for help. You have friends, you have classmates, you have teachers, and you have the internet. Help is there. Use it. Seek help as often as you need it. Even if it takes a village, who cares? As long as you end up knowing the material confidently and independently, it doesnβt matter how many sources or methods of assistance it took for you to get there. The results are whatβs important.
Some people feel personally attacked when they see others putting in hard work to achieve their goals. Sometimes itβs jealousy, sometimes itβs a feeling that their position is being threatened, and sometimes theyβre just afraid of losing you when you reach a new level. No matter what the reason is, you canβt let it stop you from pursuing your academic endeavors. Firstly, you canβt take it personally. Just let it go in one ear and out the other. Secondly, you must keep in mind that if you bend to their naysaying, you are letting your dream life slip away. Thatβs certainly not a good idea. Unfortunately, you may have to disappoint a few people on your way to the top. Just keep your nose in the books, forgive those who have malice towards you because of it, and study study study.
Just because you are making studying your top priority doesnβt mean it has to be your only priority. Donβt let your personal grooming slip or use school as an excuse to forgo your beauty routine. You can still make time for nail appointments, hair treatments, a bit of shopping, and putting together cute outfits even when you are deep into your toughest semesters. Plus, it will make you feel better! When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, your performance is good. Nothing beats a nice hot bubble bath after a satisfying day of answering every single flashcard correctly. Typing up a 10 page essay is a lot more fun when you have the sound of your new manicure click clacking as a soundtrack.
Exercise is very beneficial to our ability to use our brains so intensely for long periods of time. Make sure you stay sharp, stay fit, and stay active. Youβre gonna really appreciate the extra movement when it gets to a point where youβre spending 10 hours at a desk everyday. And like the I said about beauty, you wonβt want to use studying as an excuse to let your fitness goals crumble. Even a 30 minute workout will lead to big results in your studying and keep you on track. Not to mention, exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people donβt kill their husbands. They just donβt!
Do you think I study all day and night with just the hope that I will get good grades and a mastery of my skills? No!! I already know that a perfect score is in my future. I already know that high salary job opportunities are waiting on me. I already know that success belongs to me. I just have to go take it. You must have 100% faith that excellence is in your future. You canβt doubt yourself for one second. This is no time for humility. Set your goals high and be confident that you will reach them with hard work and diligence. You can achieve it.
Being known for your insane work ethic is such an honor. It means youβre putting in so much effort that no one can deny it or ignore it. You must be dedicated to your studies. You must be passionate about mastering the material. You must have a true craving for knowledge. You have to put in long hours day after day after day. You will earn the top spot in your class because youβre putting in top spot work ethic. You will receive an A+ on your exams because youβre putting in A+ work ethic. Make such a large gap that no one can even come close to you. If a survey is conducted where they ask your classmates, βwho studies the hardest?β, make sure that youβre the uncontested #1 champ. Be the shining example. Be the one they aspire to emulate.
To be a master of your field, you need to study like one. You canβt βkindaβ know. You canβt βmostlyβ know. You need to be 100% sure that you have the right answer. When you perfectly understand the material and can easily teach it to others. When thereβs no chance of you getting the wrong answer. Thatβs when youβre done studying. Strive for excellence, not to just βpassβ. Remember that a perfect score is absolutely possible.

self-doubt simply doesn't exist within me. no matter how impossible something seems or how hard it will be to achieve I'm always like "okay and?" and then I make it happen. maybe it's bc I have a proven track record of getting what I want but like nothing seems impossible to me. why would I doubt myself? I can have whatever I want, it's that simple. if other people have made it happen, that means it can be done so why would it not be able for me to get it too? no self-doubt. no need for it.
