whumper’s arms wrapped tight and possessive around whumpee’s injured form—too strong to be fought off, or perhaps whumpee is just too weak by this point.

knowing that if they tried to pull away, that hand would tighten instantly and squeeze until whumpee was dizzy and writhing back against them

and size difference… their throat, so small and soft and delicate under whumper’s rough fingertips

the way whumper’s hands would fit around their waist— the way they could press in under their ribs until whumpee is choking and their chest is spasming

whumpee shivering when they feel low whispers in their ear. just… so sticky and possessive

whumpee waking up with sore aching muscles from being kept in the same uncomfortable position all night. they sleepily try and flex their muscles and move around—then they’re hit fully awake with a jolt of cold panic when they realize where they are—and that they still can’t move at all.

waking up with whumper’s arms still tightly wrapped around them and trying desperately to squirm away, before they feel whumper’s hold tighten around them and hear a sleepy possessive growl in their ear, “mnn… no. you stay.”

Little whump things from personal experience to make your story more realistic

CONTENT WARNING: mentions of being sick/vomiting, mentions of abuse, mentions of blood/bleeding, mentions of malnourishment, mentions of anxiety, mentions of tooth getting ripped out, mentions of trauma, mentions of nightmares

Kneeling with your legs open hurts more than kneeling with your legs closed

Your neck gets sweaty when you wear a choker/collar and it makes it super uncomfortable

You loose hair when you’re malnourished and black out when you get up too quickly

When you’re anxious/scared, you feel your internal organs shake and it’s weird and freaky and uncomfortable

Not being able to cry anymore does not mean you don’t ever feel like crying or the pain that comes with crying. There’s just no tears that come out and no relief after

Crying is really tiring

Walking when your legs are numb feels weird and surreal. It’s really hard to stay up

Your body gets cold when you loose blood, even if it’s not a lot

If you loose blood in your wrists, you will struggle with moving your fingers normally after, even if it wasn’t a big blood loss

Boredom is agonizing

If you feel sick, it will take a while before you vomit. You will feel your blood concentrate on your stomach, so you loose blood in your legs and arms and you’re lightheaded and trembling

If you take anti-vomiting medicine when you already feel sick, you will have the feeling of being just about to vomit for hours. It’s agonizing, you can’t stop trembling, you’re cold and you can’t walk. You’re also exhausted.

If you don’t drink enough water and hold in your pee for too long, you get an infection and can pee blood. It’s terrible and hurts so much and you have to go to the hospital. It feels like you have a blade in your urethra and you fear peeing all the time

You get angry at everything when you’re hungry. You’re easily irritated and the smallest thing can make you mad

Getting your tooth crushed and ripped out is one of the worst pains you can experience

Everyone becomes desperate for touch/attention/praise at some point

If you’re traumatized, you have big memory loss and won’t remember much from before and even during

Everyone needs to get their frustrations/emotions out in some way, it can be singing, yelling, hurting yourself, hurting others, etc

Swallowing something you don’t like is physically hard and painful

Not stretching everyday even when you want to is painful and makes you feel out of place in your own body

Not being able to breathe through you nose is horrible

If you have anxiety, fighting back can be impossible, even if it’s a life or death situation

At some point of exhaustion, it can become physically impossible to move, no matter what

PTSD nightmares are a lot different than what you might think. I made a post about it here

If you’re sleeping when you’re cold, you’ll constantly wake up but be unable to move even if the temperature is easily solvable due to exhaustion and being cold

Your hair gets disgusting and greasy when you don’t wash it regularly

If you don’t clean your ears often it will become uncomfortable and you won’t hear as clearly as usual

Feeling of asymmetry can be agonizing for some people

There’s always a point in life when you’re suffering where you don’t care if you live or die anymore

I know I said it already but it’s important; your memory is absolute shit when you have trauma

You still have nightmares, you still flinch, you still panic even multiple years after the traumatic event happened

If you’re not a trained fighter, there’s always a moment of shock and confusion before reaction in stressful events

Everyone has their limits. Everyone. Even the whumper

Some people are beyond redeemable

You don’t have to forgive to heal

You can become physically unable to say your abuser’s name and look them in the eyes

Loud sounds can become terrifying (vacuum cleaners, juice mixers or whatever they’re called, hair dryers, etc)

At some point, you become unable to tell the difference between pain and uncomfort because you’ve grown accustomed to it so you don’t realize you’re actually in pain until it becomes agonizing

You don’t mention your pain to anyone because no one could do anything about it anyways and you don’t want to bother them

Freedom feels weird when you have it for the first time in years

You might wake up in the safety of your house but not recognize where you are and panic for a while before realizing where you are

Fun Little Ways to Remind Whumpee of Who They Belong to!

The good ol' branding! Never fails! Extra fun if you have to remove the previous whumper's brand first!

The Artistic Whumper™'s Tattooing! Is it somewhere easily visible or is it somewhere slightly hidden? Did whumper have to remove whumpee's previous tattoos?

Collars! Yes!! Can never get enough! Do they have bells in them so that whumpee can't sneak around? Of course we have the excellent shock collars! Do they have a tracking chip that whumper may or may not let whumpee know about? Is it so tight that it reminds whumpee of its existence with their every breath? Or is it loosely hung around their neck as a casual reminder?

Changing whumpee's name? How quickly does whumpee accept it? What does whumper have to do to make them accept it? By the end of their conditioning, does whumpee remember their original name or not? Does whumper give whumpee their surname? Do they get a human name Or do they simply get a set of numbers and/or letters?

Changing whumpee's appearance? Whumpee with dyed hair watching their hair grow so much in captivity that the dye is only on the ends now? Or does whumper dye their hair a different colour? Or does whumper simply cut most of it off? Alternatively, whumper having short haired whumpee grow long hair because they love pulling it around? Defiant short haired whumpee cutting their hair off to rebel? And that's just hair! Clothing? Whumpee who loves fashion being forced to wear bland clothes or clothes they don't like? Whumpee who loves simplicity being forced to be decorated by whumper or forced to decorate themself according to whumper's standards? So! Much! More!

Whump Tropes: Falling

Whumper catching Whumpee as they trip, tugging them close to themselves as Whumpee tries to squirm away.

Whumper tipping back a chair (which Whumpee is tied to) until it falls backwards. Whumpee’s stomach flips as they fall uncontrollably.

“Do you want me to drop you? No? Then Stop. Struggling.”

Whumpee stumbling, cracking their head against a wall.

Whumpee’s ankle snapping under them as they run. Crumbling to the ground, trying not to scream.

Whumpee reeling back after being punched in the face. Their legs not able to keep up as they stumble and fall backwards.

Whumper holding Whumpee by the collar, tipping them just over the edge of a cliff or tall building. Whumpee knows if they don’t cooperate (or if they struggle), they won’t survive the fall.

“It’s only a fifteen foot drop. Go on. I want to see if your ankles break. If you don’t jump, I’ll just break them myself.”

Whumpee dreaming about falling and falling. Screaming and screaming. The blackness sucking them deeper.

Whumpee tripping as they sprint, frantically trying to get away. How they sprawl forward, the ground ripping into their skin as they roll to a stop.

Whumper dropping Whumpee onto the floor when they squirm too much to carry anymore.

A trembling whumpee skittering backwards, trying to back away from Whumper until they trip over the rug (or whatever) and flail pathetically to the ground before scrambling back.

A Whumpee gasping and clawing at their throat as Whumper chokes them out against the wall. Whumper drops them once they’ve suffered enough, and Whumpee crumbles to the floor, gasping and chocking on air.

Whumpee bound and suspended in mid air suddenly plummeting to the hard ground when Whumper slashes the anchoring rope.

Whumper giving Whumpee a shove at the top of the steps, wanting to see just how many bruises they will get from one flight of stairs. Or more.

A Whumpee trying their best to hop away with their legs tied together. Honestly more funny than whumpy when they teeeeeeter to the side and splat to the ground. At least, Whumper sure thinks it’s quality comedy.

Whumper dumping Whumpee into the bathtub. Whumpee trying not to gasp in shock as they fall, knowing from experience they will have a lung-full of water.

Kidnapping Prompts

Just some basic kidnapping starters for you...

"I'm going to put this on you, and you're not going to fight me. Got it?"

Whumpee trying to be as quiet as possible dialing 911, only to find there's no connection.

"Sorry, I'm not convinced you'll stay quiet about this."

"This is going to sting a little."

Whumpee sprinting for the door, barely prying it open before being jerked back inside.

"Shh...Don't scream. Hold very still."

Whumpee waking up in an unfamiliar place.

"No no, don't touch the blindfold. You won't like what happens next if you do."

Whumpee struggling, clawing, screaming uselessly into the chloroform rag. Their thrashing gradually slows to a stop as they fall limp in Whumper's arms.

"You're so cute, I think I might just keep you."

Whumpee pounding at the lid of a trunk, desperate for anyone to notice they're there. Slowly giving in to curling up in a ball and crying.

"You don't have to do this." "Oh, I know. I get to do this."

"Shh...stay quiet for me and I won't have to hurt anyone else tonight."

Whumpee waking up to a hand clamped over their mouth, thrashing in the darkness. Disoriented. Unable to fight what they can't see.

"Are you going to get in the car or do I have to put you in the car?"

“Found you.”

Whumper waiting very patiently under Whumpee's bed for them to fall asleep.

"Listen very carefully and I won't have to hurt you. Okay?"

Whumpee barely getting inside the door when something smashes into the back of their head. They spiral to the floor, bursts of light blurring the world into darkness.

"Stop. - Stop fighting me."

The sinking realization twisting into panic as Whumpee hears the lock click.

"Careful. I don't want to get blood on your nice floors."

Whumpee twitching away from the knife pressed to their throat, too terrified to try to see who is holding it.

"Hmm, is the knife cold against your throat? Try not to flinch, I wouldn't want to slip."

Trope Talks: Manhandling and Touch Starvation

Manhandling is a classic and staple trope of whump, and one that I love. There's so much to expand on and enjoy regarding whumpees being touched and shoved around by whumpers. As for touch starvation, it's excellent for humiliation, projection, intimate whump, and more. Tws for drugging mention, intimate whump throughout, and lots of noncon touching. For the last prompt, tw for noncon kissing, creepiness, and somnophilia.

- A whumper kicking the back of a defiant whumpee's legs hard, forcing them to their knees. Their hands rest on each of whumpee's shoulders, they press their weight firmly on whumpee to keep them from getting back upright. Whumpee struggles weakly, but their blood loss and the pain of the deep cuts over their body make it all too easy for whumper to subdue them. Their cheeks flush with humiliation, and whumper grins condescendingly at them.

- A whumper scooping an exhausted, beaten, maybe drugged whumpee into a bridal carry. Maybe whumpee struggles, insulted and humiliated by the gentleness of their torturer's touch. They thrash and kick against whumper‘s vicelike grip, furious, but whumper just holds them tighter. Maybe whumpee melts into their captor's arms, too touch starved and tired to care who it is touching them. They can’t remember the last time they were touched, let alone held. So they sacrifice their pride, their face reddening ever so slightly as they loop their arms around whumper’s neck and snuggle their face into their chest.

- A whumpee being shoved roughly against a wall, whumper throwing their hands against their captive’s chest and throwing them against the hard concrete. Whumpee lets out a hiss of pain as their body hits the wall, their head exploding in agony where it made contact. Whumper presses an arm over whumpee’s body, pinning them to the wall effortlessly as they place their other hand around whumpee’s throat.

-Whumper grabbing whumpee’s chin to tilt their face up, forcing their captive to make eye contact. Such a subtle show of power, but an obvious message. I’m the one in control. Maybe whumpee is too terrified to move. Maybe they lean into the touch subconsciously, unable to help themself after having been starved of affection for so long. Maybe they jerk their head away, struggling to escape whumper’s grip- but it isn’t as if they can do much with their hands shackled behind their back.

- Whumper isolating a whumpee for days, maybe weeks, to ensure their captive will be touch starved when they’re released. Whumper comes into their cell at long last, carrying a knife, and whumpee slumps against the wall in relief that they at least won’t be alone. Whumper holds their delicate whumpee in their lap, stroking their hair as they drag long cuts down their chest. Whumpee barely even cares about the pain, although it’s sharp and stinging and furious. At least they’re no longer alone. At least they’re being held.

- Whumper presses possessive kisses up whumpee’s neck as they sleep, and whumpee wakes up to whumper‘s lips on theirs. They jerk away, humilated and ashamed, and tears begin to stream down their face. Whumper grabs them by their hair and pulls them closer, tasting whumpee’s tears as they kiss them once again.

How their jaw ends up aching from their mouth being held open so wide. Their tongue aching form use, from having it grabbed, pulled and abused. Their throat hurts from screaming and the damage from whatever items were forced past the gag.

Maybe the gag is left in, and whatever time whumper isn’t there, they still have their mouth forced open.
