That's right, I'm back baby!!! Find me (and @cassettepony and @horseblob) at table #38! Just like last year, in addition to stickers, coasters, and keytags, I'll be selling custom sketches, made to order!
In addition to the usual stuff, I'll be expanding my horizons to non-pony stuff too. So for all of you out there who enjoy my Um Jammer Lammy stuff, or dare I say it, my webcomic which I totally haven't been neglecting, you're in luck!
Also, as an aside...you may wanna keep your eyes peeled around the convention too! As with last year, I did some work with the EFNW design team, so you might just spot some art of mine where you least expect...
Hope to see lots of you all at the con this weekend!
you know, I'm initially inclined to agree, many people will agree (or surface level seem to agree) with left wing ideology just out of uncritical following of a crowd, and I do think that that's a real problem. but like. hmmmm hmmmm
and there's a lot more red usernames in the empty reblogs... the thing is, I think a lot of the people in the notes are sorta reading this post and only looking at it surface level, ironically enough. you can criticize the reason for people getting into politics, I think that's fair, but a lot of the people who seem to agree to that... don't seem to be doing that themselves, I don't think. and are just seeing this as "radicalism bad" or "those silly progressives, they're just like the right".
look, I really don't think you can fundamentally compare these two things, wanting to exterminate another race, or advocating for an ethnostate, these things cannot be meaningfully compared with the very basic progressive ideals that most people in this website (or in most progressive circles for that matter) hold.
and, yeah, seeing the kind of people who are reblogging this and what they're saying along with it, I would also like to mention that a lot of them seem to talk about "radicalization" when they actually mean like, just very basic stuff like supporting trans rights, this isn't all of them of course, some people on the reblogs are being a lot more sensitive about it and making actual criticisms of the way many leftists misguidedly shape their ideologies, without actually saying much on the ideologies themselves, which I think is the ideal.
and I think it is important to have all of this stuff in mind. since trying to look at this from some sort of centrist impartial lens is just... sorta silly. right?
My Windows 10 setup is an awkward mishmash of "I miss the 2000s"
My wallpaper is this "Pinkie Pie breaking the fourth wall" version of the default Windows Vista wallpaper (which I AI-upscaled a bit because it was really low-res)
I use Open Shell to give myself an XP-style start menu (although the programs fly-out is getting really big lol), while also giving the menu and the taskbar highly-tranparent glass effects.
And finally, for my media player of choice, I use Windows Media Player 9 with the K-Lite Codec Pack. It handles so many different formats that I don't need to use VLC.
And it does it really well.
(Guide works with Windows 10 as well, iirc)
Enjoy! ✨
But yeah, wish Microsoft just let you customize the hell out of it out of the box. Ideally, I'd probably use Windows XP "Zune" theme, if they'd let you load that.

For as long as he's been a cherished member of our community, I know he's got a lot of people out there who'd hate to see him starving. Let's see if we can help our friend get back on his feet, eh?
