not to be sincere on the horny blog but i think the reason so many queer masc afabs and transmascs like forcemasc content is because it feels like being finally listened to.

like we go through life getting told we’re just confused girls, or we’ll never be man enough, or we probably just didn’t want to be like mommy, or it’s because we’re mentally ill, or a host of other invalidations.

and then we read a post that’s about someone who wants to see us being more masculine —who sees it as a good thing. who says “just take the testosterone. this what you really want, isn’t it?”

and we say, Yes. Yes, it is what I want. Thank you for listening to me.

trans men/mascs are NOT the enemy of trans women/fems transmisogyny is

trans women/fems are NOT the enemy of trans men/mascs transandrophobia is

ascribing bigotry to an entire demographic is what is causing this divide in the community

everyone needs to start understanding how to separate the demographic from the bigotry because otherwise you are going to be extremely susceptible to radicalization

anyone is capable of being transmisogynistic, even trans women/fems

anyone is capable of being transandrophobic, even trans men/mascs

and people are not inherently [insert bad thing here] based only on their identity

i feel like more people would realize they might be xenogender and/or alterhuman if "cringe culture" and the concept of whats "socially acceptable" didnt exist.

because i was talking to someone and they were describing how their behaviors relate to vampires and how connected they feel to them and its like. DUDE.. CMON. OTHERKIN. ITS RIGHT THERE. YOU **ARE** A VAMPIRE.

anyway. cringe culture isnt real. societal expectations/standards arent real. we shouldnt let either be defining factors of how we live our lives or how we identify. each person is unique; with their own beautifully unique identity. why should we place limits on identity when its such a beautiful and limitless thing? normalize being yourself and unapologetically expressing your identity because no one deserves any less than that if our identities arent harmful and they make us happy.

all of these things can be directed at the same person. you are not more priveleged than other trans people cuz some losers out there have the most basic radfem ass understanding of how oppression works. you culd pass perfectly but the moment they know you are trans you will experience the harmful intersectionality between misogyny and transphobia. to deny that ever happened and that there are complex experiences out there is to deny trans people of their oppression. no matter your intention it is horrible and self harming to the community.

like as a trans man i have repeatedly had more cis women be misandrist to me and then when i tell them they're doing such their reactions are always wildly on the opposite ends of the spectrum and neither are good

one is always "how can i be misandrist when you're not a man :(((" and the other is on the complete opposite end of "yeah well you deserve it because you're a MAN and MEN don't deserve my kindness" or whatever bullshit excuse they wanna make up and it's like.. so fucking annoying.

like. sure. there are a lot of oppressive men. but i can assure you, very greatly, that your trans man friend is not immediately one of them as soon as he comes out. and i can assure you that we are not "betraying our femininity" when over half of us DIDN'T FUCKING WANT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

and then there's the entire can of worms of people claiming misandry and androphobia aren't even real, not to MENTION how some people shit their britches in anger when you so much as MENTION transmisandry and transandrophobia.
