it’s such a shame that I’m so easy to manipulate sigh…. It’s so easy to lovebomb me… and gaslight me…. I just believe everything and obsess over someone so easily…. Cephaconscious is defined as a system that has "fluid, monoconscious-like switching, but members of the system who are not in front have their own, separate consciousness in headspace/are polyconscious in headspace" [via Pluralpedia].

Shoutout to cephaconscious systems who:

Have a hard time telling who's fronting due to the way they switch

Blur more frequently than other systems

Have difficulties accessing headspace, or needing lots of effort to go to the innerworld

Feel like they "become" the person they're switching with
