Healing from an ED has been singlehandedly the most difficult journey. It's one that is continuous, and it's one that crops up every once in a while.

I often think in terms of "enough"

Am I skinny enough?

Pretty enough?

Personable enough?

Healthy enough?

And on and on.

Tonight it hit me as I was trying to put my thoughts in order:

If I were to answer honestly the question "what about my body is not 'enough'?" right now, the answer would be my heart is not tender enough or compassionate enough towards a body that has accomplished countless things.

Be kind.

Be tender.

Yesterday i started my second year of uni. It's only two days and i already started skipping class but it was an onlyne class and the thing that we were doing were a review so... Tomorrow i have the day free so i'm going to read my notes and read all the lectures the professor of design's history gave us so i can redo the notes with all the information.

Pleated House in Door County, #usa designed by Johnsen Schmaling Architects.

This small house for a graphic designer and her husband sits on the heavily wooded eastern shore of Wisconsin’s Door County, a narrow peninsula on Lake Michigan. Embedded in a dense forest of deciduous and coniferous trees, the building’s unassuming volume is quietly nestled in a small clearing at the western edge of the gently sloping site, its low-slung silhouette virtually disappearing in the surrounding vegetation.
