I've spent a few weeks creating this routine, I hope you enjoy it!
First I stretch out my entire body, that usually takes 5-10 minutes depending on how long I hold each stretch
15 jumping jacks
25 situps
10 squats
25 butt bridges
20 mountain climbers
25 leg drops
25 bouncing lunges, each side
15 jumping jacks
25 situps
1 minute plank, do it in increments of 15 seconds with a 5 second break between each increment
I repeat this routine 2 or 3 times throughout the day depending on my energy levels.
I finish off with another full body stretch.
am i the only one who’s having trouble remembering things? i feel like my ed has caused my brain to go slower and it feels overcrowded all the time, i keep screwing up and saying incorrect things without even realizing it :/

so today i went shopping with my friends, and managed to only panic in the dressing room once. then we ate at cheesecake factory :/ i had 420 cal pot stickers and a few bites of other people’s cheesecakes. then we ate boba, which was around 100 cal. my friends gave me some cheez it’s to snack on but not too many, maybe around 10.
i feel like a ginormous whale in my new clothes, i just want to look dainty in them :/
