I won't make the same mistakes as last time. I'll be more discreet. I'll tell no one. I won't even mention w8 (except rn because you cant tell I've relapsed yet and our scale is broken so I'm trying to get my mom to buy a new one cuz I'm 'curious' how well my recovery going). I'm logging Absolutely everything. Every bite. If I don't finish something I'm still logging it as if I did. I'll only eat in front of people to avoid suspicion. I. Will. Not. Fail.

Nobody talks about sliced ham wtf! Like depending on the brand its around 90-100cals per 100g AND LIKE 16-20G OF PROTEIN!?!?!?

I love showing off my old obesity photos(not body checks cuz why tf would i show anyone that) from when I was 12 because I always get the "There's no way that's you" and even though im still fat now it's motivation to lose more w8, so embarrassing too

If someone has lost more weight than you, stay focused on yourself. If someone else is eating less c@lories, stay focused on yourself. If someone stays at the gym longer, stay focused on yourself.

So many times we create a competition in our head that other people don’t even know about. Instead, let’s focus on what we’re doing.

If you’re in a c@lorie deficit, working out and drinking water, you’ll get there. Just because it takes you longer, doesn’t mean you just give up. So what other people are losing faster? Isn’t this about you? If competition discourages you, stop making it a competition.

Weekend plans!

Over the weekend I have tons of stuff to do, I need to lose w8 obv, but I also need to study for school because my chemistry teacher should have retired ages ago so I gotta teach myself. I also wanna platinum trophy a game, so I have a plan.

It's the last two trophies left and it's playing on the hardest difficulty so I'm gonna die a lot
