I'm begging you guys BEGGING for you guys to do your metabolism days pleasee🙏🙏🙏 if you don't do a Metabolism day (which is when you eat alteast 1300 calories) atleast once or twice a week it will slow down your metabolism and make you lose weight slower or gain weight instead of losing.
