It seems to be fashionable to make OCs that are connected with the kingdom of Dark Cocoa. So meet - Dalgona-Coffee Cookie!!
If I were to tell you briefly about Dalgona, then this girl is quite a storyteller. In satire, she criticizes both the government and the army of her kingdom, veiledly telling all sorts of fables about animals.
