Even after almost 2 years of having a drivers license, my GAD and trauma still makes driving a car for me an absolute nightmare.

Listening to the old TechDiff podcast/Citation Needed in the background really helps me calm down and makes driving less of a burden.

(No, I did not take that screenshot while driving, I'm not a complete idiot)
