Water fast here I come !!!!
Starting rn I am planning to loose 10kg by 3 weeks 🫡 I’m done playing games and I want to feel and look how I want
Lowkey wanna do a massive fast for a couple of days, but can’t because I am forced to have dinner, I don’t know what to do heieifjfjekwjnendjdj
Finally back home ( thank goodness) now time to fast so hard! I’ve got some rules for myself
- no caffeinated drinks (apart from my one/ two coffees in the morning and some peppermint tea I have at night)
- drink a f***k tone of water everyday
- one meal a day plus a protein bar
- work out 1 or even 2 times a day
- don’t eat past dinner ( kind of forced to have it lolz)
- no snacking and strictly protein based foods for dinner
Let’s kill it lolz
I’ve probably gained around 2-3kg from this holiday, I can’t wait to loose that again and loose even more weight I can’t wait lolz
Just got yelled at by a friend, time to stop eating 👍☺️
For the rest of my holiday this is my eating plan until I can go back to my normal starving routine
Breakfast: black coffee
Lunch: coffee ( iced cap 65Cal)
Smallest dinner I can get ( either a soup or entree)
- heaps of water
- no snacks
Exercise in the morning
(P.s I wanna cry I’ve let myself go too much and I wanna disappear)
It’s either I starve really well or I eat the whole house down, there’s no middle ground
Can someone please give me advice on what to do, my friends on Wednesday want to get lunch at the airport before we go on our plane, what do I do?! I don’t wanna eat and I hate eating infront of people too 🥲

Protein Bar + 2 cruskits with cream cheese and smoked salmon + iced coffee w/ milk

Dinner( which I haven’t had yet): tomato soup w/ low calorie hot chocolate
= 200cals

For me it was a close friend. To my friend who told me I was big, thank you for doing that, it has sent me deep into the rabbit hole of developing an ED. And it just keeps getting deeper 😩
