hi!! so, as of now, i don’t plan on returning to ducktales quite yet. i have an elaborate two-part gravity falls fic i’m currently planning out that i really want to create + lots of art for it. maybe after that’s all finished i’ll return to ducktales as i do want to finish project37_loki and nightmare some day. after those are done, maybe i’ll revisit the concept as i had plenty of ideas for it (it was never fully furnished tho lmao).

Hi hi, I was just wondering-

I'm an incredibly big fan of your Ducktales fanfics and though I am sad that I can't read them anymore as they are hidden now (respect the decision of course. They are your fics and you can do with them as you please) I have been thinking about them quite a bit (Especially Project Loki-) so I just wanted to ask if you'd be willing to give an update of sorts on how far you have gotten with them writing wise or if you have any sort of estimate for when you think any of them will be completed or made public again? Totally cool if your not comfortable with sharing btw, I just really loved them. Your writing is absolutely stellar :)

first off, thank you! crazy to me that people think my writing is that good lmao,, i was just a teen having fun projecting onto ducks

secondly! while i do hope to one day return to all of those ducktales fics i have, it’s hard for me to write for fandoms i’m not currently fixated on- right now i’m very fixated on gravity falls and am currently writing an outline for a two side story that i’m very excited about!!

i made significant progress with nightmare (finished up to chapter seven and a good chunk of chapter eight is done)- but it was an absolute slog to get through as i feel it won’t live up to what people think the story is, plus i feel like it’s… drawn out? and more complicated then it should be? idk after writing the chapter involving the moonvasion (10,000+ words) my excitement for it dwindled and i do not want to rewrite any of it even if i’m unhappy with it,, however! if you’d like to read the second chapter message me on any social and i’ll send you a copy of the doc !!

loki has a full outline, but i never got around to getting that far into it- it was a very ambitious and long story that i did have a lot of legit excitement for (i aimed to make people cry!! and bc i hope to one day return to it so i will not spoil things, but two characters die!! so be cursed to speculate with the material you have 💕) oh, and if you want to read chapter 1&2 of loki again, message me anywhere and i’ll send you a copy of those!!

like water off a duck’s back… there’s honestly not that much hope for that one,, it was always on the backburner and the content is particularly… disturbing and i often wondered if i was going too far with it- i’m an angst writer and i love the dark and the taboo but… yeaahhh- it was funny how the first comment i got on that fic literally predicted the plot tho 😭

i think that’s all the fics that were public? and as for why they were hidden, i just don’t like having unfinished works on my dashboard lmao should i fully write them, they’ll become public again and update weekly, but as of now they are in the void,,

so! basically! i’ve moved on from ducktales- though i do wish to one day be motivated enough to write for it again- to gravity falls and am currently writing stuff for that!! tho college and work have me swamped right now!! thank you again!!

ok so this isn’t quite what you asked for but i finally got around to making a bingo of sorts-

except it’s tailored specifically to me as an author- so there’s a line at the top where you put the fic name and then cross off whatever appears/relates to in the story or oneshot,,, haven’t done it myself for my fics but if any of y’all wanna personally do one,,, i wanna see if any of my current or future works gets a bingo :)

What would you think if Chloe and Audrey heard rumours about the way they were going to be portrayed in Astruc’s new movie, so they went back to Paris in an unsuccessful attempt to stop the movie from being completed? Then an evilized villain (maybe a wishmaker-like villain or maybe even a villain that's unrelated to the butterfly miraculous) caused Chloe and Zoe to switch bodies somehow, and nobody fully understands what's going on, so Zoe (in Chloe's body) is taken by Audrey back to New York, despite Zoe desperately trying to explain things. But Chloe enters a fugue state (heavily due to trauma caused by the neglect of her parents) and genuinely thinks she's Zoe, and is even able to recall many of the things Zoe did due to being in Zoe's body. The class thinks “Zoe's” change in behavior is due to the psychological effects of method acting, since “Zoe” is playing Chloe in Astruc's new movie, but they gradually convince “Zoe” to let them help her relearn how to be “herself” again.

Zoe is not able to gain access to Chloe's memories while in Chloe's body, because unlike Chloe, Zoe knows she's in the wrong body. In New York, Zoe is trying to get back to Paris, but when she gets there, “Zoe” thinks she’s there to try to hurt Marinette. Eventually, after listening to “Chloe”, Marinette starts to suspect that “Chloe” might be telling the truth, so she decides that she must test “Chloe” and “Zoe”. She fakes being in danger to see how they react. “Zoe” reacts slightly faster than “Chloe”, so Marinette comes to the conclusion that “Chloe” is lying and that “Chloe” has an evil and manipulative plan. Marinette thinks that “Chloe” must have picked up a few tricks from Lila, because she thinks no version of Chloe could possibly react faster than Zoe when it comes to protecting her. So Audrey takes “Zoe” back to New York again to “correct” her after “Zoe” fails to convince anyone of the truth.

10 years later, “Zoe” gets seriously injured after fighting a villain when Ladybug isn’t around, which causes “Zoe” to not have long to live. Then Ladybug accidentally stumbles upon the truth about “Zoe” while trying to help “Zoe” using magical powers. Ladybug decides that the moral thing to do is to switch Chloe and Zoe back to their original bodies. Once Zoe gets her body back, she blames Chloe for her impending death and for leaving her with 10 years of loneliness, while Chloe got off scot-free. When Lila gets defeated, Zoe steals the Butterfly Miraculous to get her hands on Ladybug and Catnoir’s miraculouses, hoping to “make things right”. Zoe gets defeated by the heroes (including Chloe, who has gotten her memories back) and Ladybug manages to cure Zoe’s injuries.

interesting!! personally not my cup of tea- i’ve never been a huge fan or swap (of anything) stories (mister bug and lady noir lovers i apologize)

plot like this could serve for a nice insight on chloe and the relationship she has with her family/compare the dynamic of chloe to the class and zoe to the class ;P

oh yeah they all know,, he’s not the most subtle lmao,, louie was able to guess and ozzy kinda knew he knew and yeaahhh they have a talk and louie lets him down gently,, they are strictly friends tho and even though it hurts, ozzy would rather have a platonic relationship with louie than none at all
