Some cats actually can have 'wings', due to feline cutaneous asthenia. It is a condition related to ehlers danlos syndrome, it causes skin growth that can resemble wings. Some cats have been documented to have supernumerary limbs (extra partial limbs) that can resemble wings, and may include bone and muscular tissue.
