Art Fight dump number 3! First character belongs to my wife @hellscythearts <3

Noize and Encore. 

Both are bad-ends for the current Sonariverse, though they fall in separate directions. One (Encore) was captured and forced to work for William Tumult, the other (Noize) killed and chose to be a Dictator in Tumult’s place. 

Both of them needed a nice reference sheet for forever, and finally it’s here! (Only took ten thousand years to make lol.)

As with all of my art, I have some guidelines:
