Two new office signs for your towns. Big thanks to the wonderful @bill-l-s4cc and his TOU that allows conversions. He has so many wonderful signs that I hope to do more in the future.
Landgraab Realty Office Sign: 3,938 polys Goth & Villareal Law Offices Sign: 20,518 polys (Yes this sign is VERY HIGH POLY! It does have a LOD M which is about 6,000 polys which is more reasonable, and I figure this isn't an item you'll use all over a lot, but just realize that is high.)
One recolorable preset, and three non-recolorable presets. Found under paintings and posters for $50 simoleons
