last ditch effort of lingering outside the box office and praying to all the gods to get cheap closing night tickets has failed đđ
hope everyone inside has a fab time!! gonna try stage door just in case đđŤĄ
everyone at tonightâs sf i hope u know i am seething with jealous rage at how good i know your guest must have beenâŚ
stage/fright 29/03 matinee thoughts!!!
⢠my GOD have they ramped up the ridiculousness from the previews!!!! i was having an absolute ball
⢠hostage was ross noble (row snowball) who acted the part beautifully - he knew exactly when to play up the comedy and when to let r&s shine
personal kidnappers highlights include:
- ross noble seemingly assuming he had to make up improv answers to all of lady lindaâs questions and getting halfway through a sentence each time before steve showed him the prompts
- reece breaking so bad he got two separate rounds of applause each time he turned around to compose himself
- reece flubbing âlady linda lockwoodâ presumably from all the laughing, which then made him laugh harder
- steve saying âstick of celer-eyeâ and it breaking reece so hard he just gave up and faced the audience with his head in his hands
- reece answering the phone and saying âhello mr spengler! no iâm not laughingâ while visibly laughing
- ross noble berating len for calling âhave i got news for youâ âmock the weekâ for WAY longer than they obviously planned, ending with him whacking len with the celery
- ross noble going up the staircase and saying âi only agreed to do this because i thought mark gatiss (gah-tiss) was in itâ, followed by a big laugh, followed by reece and steve in unison going âgay-tiss!â
⢠reece was on an absolute mad one as hugo at the beginning of act two ! it seemed like he was surprising himself with how big he was going with the physical comedy
⢠steve had a few nice moments of playing up to the audience which he didnât do last time!
overall had a lovely time and NEED to see it again before next saturday

My favourite celebrity couple. They're just so beautiful together.
I wish them decades of happiness and healthy grandchildren.
A rather delightful little souvenir.
I was sitting in the front row at the matinee and, during Tears of Laughter, this fluttered off Anna Francolini's fan and landed in my lap.
I shall treasure it always.
