Pictured: Tom Jones, as seen in The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard. Although Tom Jones cannot be encountered under normal gameplay conditions, his model is in the game files. Its creation was inspired by Bethesda listening to a Tom Jones CD to stay awake while making the game.

Finally, a follow-up

The frames don't fit the text, because she was actually singing this nursery rhyme (volume warning, the sound starts abruptly). It just fits her original voice acting so well.
