OKAY SO I JUST GOT BACK FROM WATCHING SPIDER-MAN NWH THE MORE FUN STUFF VERSION AND I WANNA SHARE MY THOUGHTS ON ONE SCENE! BEWARE OF SPOILERS!
You know that one scene where the three Spider-Men were chatting at the Statue of Liberty? The part where Peter-One and Peter-Three were talking about Peter-Two’s web situation? Well, there’s a line that had me SCREAMING.
When P2 was explaining how he shoots his webs, P3 thought that’s cool and he’d like to see a closer look and said - I quote -, “I wanna see the holes” (P2’s wrist holes). I guess P2 must’ve had a dirty mind because he made a face that was kinda like, “😳”.
So yeah, that’s my thought. Don’t believe me, watch it for yourself.
A/N- For those of you that don’t remember…

Analyzing this very short yet sweet scene
I find it very comforting that just when they stepped in Tom's Peter's universe, the first thing they want to do is meet him and help him the best they can. And I love writers added that in, before they get to see him.
Apparently this tiny part isn't hugely talked about, but I feel like it matters for tons. They're both showing huge empathy towards another spiderman who's dealing the worst. Even better that their spider senses, which is more supernatural than any regular being, are having a mutual feeling in their gut to meet each other.
And after they found out about May's death, they are surely thinking of helping him more.
I might be new to Spiderman stuff but when rewatching this whole thing (and their movies), this tiny scene resonated stuck with me the most. ❤

I can officially confirm that live action Otto Octavius and Norman Osborn are gay misplaced lovers and you cannot tell me otherwise since I’ve seen the film and saw how fruity they are.
No bc in the theater i watched it at the moment andrew took that mask off everyone screamed, a full on high pitched scream that only dogs could hear and then when tobey appeared he got a whole ass round off applause but that is only a quarter of what they deserve ngl
nothing will ever be as beautiful to me as an entire theater full of teenagers and grown ass adults shrieking their asses off when andrew garfield appeared on the screen during no way home and then the same theater full of teenagers and grown ass adults shrieking their asses off AGAIN once tobey maguire appeared as if that wasn’t the logical conclusion to andrew’s appearance

Oooh okay so Tobey!Peter, we already know that he’s the sweetest boy. The two of you have been sweethearts since High School, spending all day together. The two of you used to sit with your heads knocked together on the school bus, Peter’s fingers trembling as they brushed over yours, turning the page of the newest Science journal. Or partnered up together in lessons, where Peter spends the whole hour with his head resting on his palm with that fond, faraway look in his eyes as he watches you. He constantly gets told off for allowing the beaker to explode, though, and he apologises to you profusely when you have to stay behind during lunch and wipe the goo of the tables. You just start laughing, and in the end he joins in with his own nervous giggles as you walk over and rest your forehead on his shoulder.
And he swears he can feel his heart explode. He stills, trying not to jostle you, but he fears you can tell how he can barely breathe. He awkwardly wraps an arm around your waist, thumb sort of hovering over your shirt in fear that he’s stepping too far. And it’s the most magical feeling he’s ever had, that ecstatic bliss that burns through his chest and sets every nerve of his being on fire.

Tobey Maguire Entrance, No Way Home (Theory)
So this is my theory to how Tobey Maguire Spider-Man could enter No Way Home. And it involves Doc Ock. So in the trailer one of the last shot is of course the MAGNIFICENT Doc Ock rising up with a grin saying “Hello Peter”.
But I don’t think he’s talking to Tom Holland Spider-Man. After all this is a new universe. Doc Ock doesn’t know anyone here. He doesn’t know Peter (Tom) and could possibly assume he’s an imposter. I think this is when Tobey Maguire will arrive!
So here’s my theory. Peter (Tom) is gonna be travelling somewhere to fix what’s happening. With the help of Green Goblin sh*t will inevitably go down. I believe Goblin is in this seen is if you look in the background the bomb is near some cars and the bridge exploding.
This is when Peter (Tom) will donn the Iron Spider suit and fight. Maybe by this point Andrew Garfield Spider-Man might’ve showed up as well and in this fight will take on Green Goblin.
At some point Doc Ock will gain the upper hand, have Peter (Tom) pinned down and one of the claws in the air ready to strike him down.
When suddenly it will be stuck to the ground with some web. Both Peter and Doc Ock will be confused as the other Peter (Andrew) is too busy with Green Goblin. That’s when Doc Ock will turn around, the confused look melting off his face and breaking into a grin as he utters the line:
“Hello Peter”
Que the original Spider-Man music, the camera is panned down at someone’s feet as they charge at Doc Ock. They shoot out a web, narrowly missing one of the claws and kicking Doc in the face, helping Peter (Tom) get away. We only see the back of the stranger and the front of Octavius as the person lands at a height and distance away.
“Good to see you again, Doc” the person quips as the camera slowly pans around, revealing the OG SPIDER-MAN!!!!! Tobey Maguire!!
Then the fight continues and either the villains or Spidey’s retreat.
But that’s how I think it could happen. Like I said, Octavius doesn’t know Peter (Tom) is the Spider-Man of this universe. He only knows his Spider-Man (Tobey) and would only say hello to him.
Now seeing how we have Doc Ock, Green Goblin and Electro confirmed in the trailer, all we need now is Lizard, Vulture, and Michael Mando in a Scorpion suit and we got Sinister Six!
This is just what I’d like to see happen. Oh boy this is the best Christmas present ever! See you on the 17th of December SPIDEY’S!!
