No, but he was a menace in the older comics. If I'm not incorrect, he wanted to kill the person who killed his parents and tried to do that out of grief. He was violent as in he was a hurricane in the shape of an eight year old, he had a satanic amount energy. Child Grayson was nothing if not a chaotic ray of sunshine :)
