Some of you need to stop treating gender like sports. Just because you support trans men/mascs doesn't mean that you hate trans women/fems. This isn't like football where if you love the Steelers, you have to hate the Eagles, else you're a traitor to Steelers fans.

We can support many genders without hating others.

Another reason why forcemasc is so appealing, especially to mlm transmascs is that so much of the time in our relationships with men, they want to feminise us. It’s almost a cliche that every transmasc has had a bad relationship with a “bi” dude who discourages then from taking T and tries to make them use they/them or she/her pronouns. It’s nice to imagine a fantasy where someone wants us to actively transition, who finds the masculinity hot, who romanticises the changes on T.

And I can only hope that this has made more transmascs have higher standards and realise that there are people who do will love you and find you attractive because you are masculine and not because you’re their idea of a hot tomboy.

My sister in Christ trans men are constantly infantilized and forcibly feminized and being masculine is punished by our peers because inside queer spaces it’s always ‘men yucky’ or ‘men evil’ like friendly reminder that not all masculinity is praised and not all femininity is punished

Most trans people were forced into a role they didnt want. Forcemasc is directed to transmascs and butches, not trans women. Same way around with forcefem.

i think a reason why werewolves appeal to trans people but are terrifying for cis people is because trans people are not inherently afraid of transformation and change. changing your body into something more empowering and heavily removed from your old self is a dream for a lot of trans ppl but for cis people its evil, wrong, scary, violent, etc. hence the differences in how the little gay people on here talk about werewolves vs pop culture depictions of them
