Sometimes I’ll get feedback on a piece of work but the way it’s said feels like a diss. So eventually I take it as a challenge. Either a by heeding the advice or challenging it completely. Too childish? Too simple? Does that make it wrong? How does that affect the piece? Does it invalidate the piece? Can it add to the message? Essentially fuck you professor I’ll find a way to make it work and simultaneously piss you off.

I happen to like my professors it’s just sometimes I wonder why something is deemed wrong and want to find a workaround. I know they don’t mean it to be rude but anger is a motivation and I will find a way to make this work. Too simple? I’ll remake the piece but does simplicity make the original work bad? Or is it not realistic enough for this specific assignment? Just somethings I think about.

Games I enjoy. I’ll try to keep this mostly spoiler free. :3

Tokyo mirage sessions. Fire emblem. Encore.

- I love this game. The art, the colors, the songs. All of it just works well for me. The combat grinding isn’t that bad and it’s fairly easy to level up characters. Although I played on easy mode cause I kept dying on normal so our playing experience will definitely vary. I even unlocked friendly mode from dying so often TvT. I play for story more than combat. A lot of the enemy characters are sleazeballs though so that can be off-putting. I enjoy the story and friendships throughout the game. The side stories are easy to follow and flow nicely for me. I enjoy the character developments and the interpersonal connections. The maps were a bit confusing for me so some of it was just me running around hoping I pulled the right levers. Overall, this game was a lovely experience for me.

Fire emblem three houses

- I love this game. Though when I played I went in blind. This will include spoilers for game content, not specific storyline stuff. This game has romance options. Gender locked romance options. I was unaware of this going in so I was unable to swoon the person I fell for. Essentially, the gender of the main character chosen will affect who you can romance. I forgot that happens in games. Anyway, I love the world building and characters in this game. As the name suggests there are three main houses in this game. I’m golden deer for life. I’ve enjoyed what I’ve played through so far. The friendships are awesome. However the grinding for supports takes forever and some supports unlock secret quests that can have major impacts on the story.

- three hopes. Shez is awesome. Not as cool as byleth but just a fun character in general. They have a wonderful and funny personality. Though their connection to the houses, especially the house leaders, is a lot different than in three houses. If you’re looking to get close to the house leader or have them have greater character development then I say play three houses. While this game doesn’t have romance (s supports), some characters do essentially propose to the main character in this game. While I haven’t finished the main storyline I am enjoying this game.

- engage. You know, for a game called engage you’d think it would have a romance option. While heavily censored for the western audience when it comes to s supports, you can still get the gist of what originally would be said by watching the character sprites. The colors are all so vibrant and the music is wonderful. Alear is a chill main character just trying to deal with everything. The characters all have varying personalities and their interactions with the main character are all fun. However it’s really hard to get money in this game so be careful on how you spend.

Xenoblade chronicles

- the first game has a nice sense of community and friends. I like how the characters interact and the way different cultures are shown. Though I haven’t finished the game just yet. The character customization is nice though a lot of the women outfits are revealing. Now revealing outfits aren’t particularly a big deal but for there to be so few pants without a cut in the back is a bit ridiculous. Otherwise, I enjoy the game. I like the chart of all the characters interactions in the communities. Do be careful with rare materials and make sure to check which ones you can trade for beforehand. It can be a bit of a pain to realize you can’t complete a quest without a certain rare material.

- I started the third game of the series recently. It doesn’t have the same vibes so far. The characters are nice but it’s lacking the sense of community and varying cultures the first one had. The cutscenes are super long and there’s less interaction with the world so far. The first game felt more immersive for me. The cutscenes give kingdom heart cutscenes a run for their money when it comes to their length. Not necessarily bad but it makes it less immersive for me so far. I’m still going to continue it and I’ll update my view of it the further I get in game. The characters personalities are fun so far so I hope I can get pulled into the story a bit more.

Legend of Zelda breath of the wild

- I like this game. The environment, animals, and world building are all nice. Link’s characterization is just so fun. His love for food and hatred of social interaction. The side quests and world building in this game are enjoyable and immersive. I find this game to be more about the journey than the ending of the main storyline in the game. So just take your time and enjoy all the beautiful graphics.

- tears of the kingdom. I haven’t finished this game yet. So far it’s been very fun. The weapon breaking doesn’t matter as much since you can combine materials. While some of the world building from the first game is lost in this one. Certain npc interactions don’t travel over and some characters don’t remember you. Which I find a bit ridiculous. I worked so hard on my house just to have someone else claim it as theirs? How does this town not even remember me? That aside, I do so love this game. I find having an endless supply of plant bombs ever so useful. And make sure to always test out the abilities you have in this game. They are far more versatile than expected! The developers really integrated them well. Spoiler warning! This next part will spoil parts of the game so please skip the rest of this ramble if you don’t want to be spoiled. I like to think that the astral projections of our friends can see what is going on with link. Like Prince Sidon going about his day wondering what link is doing and seeing him jump in front of a hydra (dragon) with just a handful of bombs and no armor. Or a lynel. It is funny how so few characters recognize link and yet everyone recognizes Zelda. Like sure she’s been missing for a hundred years but eh, who’s this guy with the same name as her knight? No one of importance just a random reporter.

Digimon story cybersleuth, complete edition.

- I highly enjoyed this game. I like the character dynamics and storyline. While the grinding for leveling up digimon is not my thing I enjoyed seeing the different types of digimon. The main character is fun and nice. Random civilian turned detective due to uh certain circumstances. I think the game has an online feature where you can battle other players but it’s never worked for me so I’m uncertain. Now I’ve only done the cybersleuth storyline so far. I’ve yet to finish the hacker storyline so I can’t say anything on that part. I started it a bit ago and the environment/community seems fun. Though I’m sure the storyline has a going to pull at my heartstrings.

Well that’s enough for now. I’ll talk more about games later. Have an amazing day!

Okay so I’m watching Circle: Two Worlds Connected and oh my goodness I love this freaking show. It is soooo much all the time. The fucking mystery and the way the story is layer out ajdjdhdjdidndjdkdkdj. It’s so freaking good and whenever I figure something out before it happens I’m just like yes! I did it but also noooooo fuck no please don’t be that. Gah I fucking love it it’s so fucking painful I just wanna know everything already. Anyway uh it’s just a really good show, highly recommend. I’m currently on episode 8 so uh, gonna get back to it. Have a wonderful day/night!

I am hungry. I’m also awake. Since apparently I can only sleep for around 5 hours and then I must be awake for around 5 hours before I am able to return to sleep. Why does this happen to me? Oh well what do I ramble about today? Let’s see. I got a sweet new satchel today at a thrift store. It’s not my preferred color but hey it holds all my shit and it fits my art supplies so it’s sick. Got a new outfit that makes me feel like a vampire as well, so that’s nice. No idea what I will wear it for but I like it so maybe I’ll throw it on at random. Sadly have yet to get my friends invested in the shows I like but apparently some of their friends have similar show interests so one of these days one of my recommendations will get through to someone and not just because a genshin voice actor is in it. Please I need to rant about my shows to someone who either would be just as invested or invested enough in my conversation skills to be down to hear my rambles. So now, about those shows

Stealer: The Treasure Keeper is hilarious, I love him, and also found family. A thief who steals cultural relics that were illegally obtained or being kept for shady reasons etc returns theme to where they belong. This thief meets a group of cops wanting to work together to take down those who obtain these relics.

Circle: Two Worlds Connected - Jump between times where a cop investigating murders and twins who witnessed an alien appearance question reality.

The Guest (2018) - a priest, a cop, and a taxi driver are being haunted by their pasts. Possession, murders, their lives become entangled as they chase down a deadly ghost.

Weak Hero - found family. My heart man.

Also I’m so fucking hungry right now man but I’m also trying to fall back to sleep. Hasn’t happened yet but who knows.

Psychopath diary - Honestly, I’m not that far into this. It seems really interesting but also oh my goodness noooooo. Office worker witnesses a murder has amnesia (due to a cop car. Eyes on the road loves, though to be fair he did jump out it still bugs me). Ahem anyway, he ends up with a diary listing all the murders. However he has amnesia and doesn’t remember who he is and since the diary is the only belonging he was given, yeahhhhhh. I want to continue it but oh no man I just ahhhhh

Unnatural fires - I love how the credits have fire safety information. Super interesting show with found family vibes plus fire safety. Same as how Are You Safe has internet safety tips at the end of it. I recommend both. Haven’t finished either but they are really interesting.

Anyway I feel like shit rn so imma figure out what to do to feel better. Current options are try to sleep again, eat something, write something, watch something, or do something else. Eh I’ll figure it out in a bit.

Two worlds - I’ve definitely started watching this drama before but I don’t remember what happens in it. Eh may as well try watching it now. Honestly I’m just trying to figure out when I watched this before now. Eh who knows, I’ve watched a lot of dramas. Well at least this will keep a record of them. Anywho, show intro. Ahem: There is a tale that when the pond shines blue one will reunite with the deceased. An artist and childhood friend reunite after years (?) apart. What is the relationship between them? Murder, betrayal, love, loss, what lies in store for the artist?

Tale of a Thousand Stars - I watched this a couple years ago. I enjoyed it. There’s one iffy plot line with medical inaccuracy (weird soul connection that’s confusing and unnecessary in my opinion). Other than that I enjoyed it and the storyline.

2gether the Series - I watched this a while ago and can’t remember enough of the beginning to give an overview. Takes place in university and is a romance show. Well that’s all I can think of at the moment. I’ll make a more organized list of shows with summaries later, these are just my rambled summaries at the moment.

Because of you - Seems fun so far. Three brothers are heirs of the Yuan company. Same father, different mothers, the three care for each other in their own way. Through all their bickering, they are brothers. Rumors of another Yuan son in existence, what will these brothers do? (Just a short and sweet romance. I expected more of a plot with all the kidnappings and attacks but that is not the plot line of this show)

Manner of Death - It feels sad and I don’t feel like watching something sad so I don’t know what this one is about. If it has a good ending then maybe I’ll watch it but I don’t think it does. I’m just not in the mood for another bad ending. If this show is for you then enjoy!

Laws of Attraction - this one’s scare me. I know there’s going to be like a lot of manipulation, secrets, and plotting so I’m just uh not prepared for that at the moment. I can’t write an overview on it since I haven’t seen it yet so uh, good luck and have fun!

To Sir, With Love - the reason I know about Laws of Attraction is because I watched this one. Woo! The characters are very different. Anyway, hmm. I can’t think of a good overview at the moment but I’ll probably be back to write one. Super cute, I highly enjoyed it and I love the brother. There’s drama, mystery, romance, and bad*ss characters. There’s one plot line that’s dragged out for a while and once you think you can’t hold on anymore it gets revealed. So stay strong, it’s worth it. The setting is in an older time period during a war or invasion (sorry I don’t remember correctly. I believe it was Japanese occupation? I’m not good at history but I’m fairly sure that was the premise of the story). Anywho, two brothers born from different mothers grow up as heirs to a company (I can’t remember specifics, I’m sorry). Meant to be rivals, they bond and care for each other as amazing siblings. They are super supportive. With war on the horizon and hidden plots going around, what will become of these brothers? Who is this mystery woman? Is that an assassin? Oh dear…

The World Owes Me a First Love - Appears to be a cute romance. I’ll check it out later.

Long Time No See - A novel writing hitman wants to retire. Will he be able to leave this life behind?

Rebound - I love basketball man. I should really start playing again. Anyway, old friends reunite. A basketball club in flames. What will happen?

My Sweet Dear Korean bl - Chef versus Chef, what will become of the dueling cooks? (Honestly it’s a nice cute movie)

The Tasty Florida - movie. Cute so far. I’m halfway through this. Some drama was going down so I just needed a breather.

Nobleman Ryu’s Wedding - Cute short series. Nobleman Ryu gets married only to find out that his supposed to be wife is missing and her brother took her place. Watch as they work together to find out what happened to the supposed-to-be-wife and keep their cover from being blown.

At 2500 in Akasaka - Old university classmates reunite after receiving the leading roles of a bl film. As co-leads these two will need to learn how to work together. Will they support each other? What happened in the past? (Honestly I’m only two episodes into this one at the moment, I hope the intro was a good enough overview).

Why r u - there’s a Korean version and a Thai version. I’ve seen some of both of them, they seem good so far. Both take place in university but the Korean one focuses on acting and production whereas the Thai one doesn’t. I like both. They’re fun. Hatred spewing between the two, a rivalry arose as one’s romantic interest was seeing both of them. While disliking each other, the main character’s sister is having the time of her life writing a bl novel taking inspiration from her surroundings. Unfortunately for our main character, that includes him. After making a bet with his sister, main character is now afraid that the novel is coming to life. What will the mc do now? Ah I finished one version, it was super cute. I loved the ending.
