Ok but this is probably how they all felt in the summer of '77, they were all very unsure of their futures and scared of what war was going to do to all of them, they were terrified but in that summer, they werent. That moment infront of the fire, that bowie song playing in the background, that moment was a point in time where they felt like they would live forever and be together until the very end.

So, if i hypothetically were to write a jegulus au fanfic (with wolfstar and dorlene background obviously) where Regulus goes to the cemetery every afternoon/night to be alone and one day, he sees a spirit (James), they start talking and Regulus grows fond of him because even if hes dead, hes one of the only friends he has, would y'all read it?

They are literally Regulus and Sirius with some things slightly changed, like Dean (Sirius) having the need for approval and blind obedience instead, or Sam (Regulus) being the one who wants to get out, who questions the orders and eventually finds his way out.

But a thing that doesn't change is how the older brother sacrifices his childhood so the little brother can have one, and the way they would die for each other but still fight like little kids, the way is so clear that the only family they can really trust is each other, that never changes, "always his little brother" in every universe.

I was bored at work yesterday and i literally just thought about how cool it would be if jily was called sunflower, its like tumblr reads my mind
